How to Pay

Van Tran’s electronic fare payment system is a convenient way to pay your fare, allowing passengers to pay into your Van Tran account over the phone, in person or by mail. When a trip is scheduled, the fare is then automatically deducted from the corresponding account.

To set up an electronic fare account, call the City of Tucson Special Services Office at 791-4100 (TDD: 791-2639).

Add value to your payment account in the following ways:

By Phone - Pay with a credit or debit card. Call the City of Tucson Special Services Office at (520) 791-4100; TDD (520) 794-2639.
By Mail - Pay with a check or money order made out to City of Tucson. Send payment to the City of Tucson Special Services Office, 35 W. Alameda, Tucson, AZ 85701.
In Person - Pay with cash, check, money order, credit or debit Card at the City of Tucson Special Services Office, 35 W. Alameda, Tucson, AZ 85701.
